Go kitset when…
- Your building suits a standard bay grid (3.6m or 4.8m)
- Loads are general storage or office (around 3 kPa)
- You want the fastest, most cost-effective option
- You may want to extend later with matching bays
Go custom when…
- You need to work around columns, services or an odd footprint
- You need higher load ratings for heavy storage, racking or plant
- Headroom above and below has to be optimised
- Access, offices or finishes need to be tailored
